The information you send us
When you request a strategy call, the form asks for these items.
- Your name and work email
- Your company and your role
- The number of executives you would include
- Your industry
- An optional description of how new client relationships start for you
How we use it
We use what you send to read your request, reply to you, and set up a call. We may keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up on what we discussed.
We store form submissions in the tools we use to manage requests and email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Optional analytics and cookies
The site loads no analytics by default. If we turn analytics on, we may use one or more of these.
- Google Analytics, to see which pages are read
- The LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure the results of our LinkedIn ads
- A Meta pixel, to measure the results of our Meta ads

Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond and to run our business. You can ask us to delete it by writing to info@groundworkpr.com, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
