Your leaders spend about 15 minutes a week and we run the rest

Each leader gives us a 60-minute interview and about 15 minutes a week to approve posts. We do the daily work and show you every action.

How a post goes from your leader's words to published

  1. Once, up frontVoice interview60 minutes, so the posts sound like the executive
  2. Written for youDraftSent for approval before anything goes live
  3. Your callExecutive approvesAbout 15 minutes a week. No reply in 48 hours and it goes out as written
  4. On LinkedInPublishedCounted when it is live, not when it is scheduled
  5. Every actionLoggedRecorded in the live log
  6. Each monthReport and reviewA monthly report and a 30-minute review
Every draft comes out of the executive's 60-minute voice interview, and the executive approves it before it goes anywhere. If we hear nothing in 48 hours, the post goes out as written, except at regulated firms. Either way it is logged and shows up in the monthly report.

What we do in the first weeks

Each step protects your leader's voice or their time.

  1. 1

A 60-minute interview with each executive

We ask about the clients they serve and what they think of the market, and we write down how they say it.

  2. 2

A profile rebuilt around what each leader does

We rewrite the headline, the About section, and the featured items, so someone who looks your leader up finds a point of view instead of a job title.

  3. 3

    Drafts that you approve

No reply in 48 hours means a post goes out as written, except at regulated firms, where silence never counts as approval. Comments, outreach, and messages run without approval and every one is in the live log, though some executives choose to approve comments too.

  4. 4

    Daily work, logged

Comments, connection requests, and inbox triage happen every business day, and a post counts when it is published, not when it is scheduled.

What happens each day while your leaders work on something else

One business day

  1. Comments on the posts of buyers and partners
  2. Connection requests to people you picked
  3. Inbox triaged, real opportunities sent to you
  4. Your post goes live on post days

Every action is logged

Comments land on the posts of buyers and partners you picked, and connection requests go to people on your list. The inbox is triaged so real opportunities reach you, the post goes live on post days, and every action is logged.

How the first 90 days go

  1. Week 1Voice interview and profile rebuild
  2. Weeks 2 to 4First posts and daily commenting
  3. Month 2The full rhythm
  4. Month 3Review against the record, then a decision
The voice interview and the profile rebuild take week one. Posts and daily commenting begin in weeks two to four, and by month two the full rhythm is running. Month three is when we read the log together and you decide whether to add executives, stay as you are, or stop.

How we work inside your account

Open blank notebook and a mug on a wooden desk beside a window onto rooftops

A named person at Groundwork performs every action. AI helps with research and drafting, and no software sends comments or messages for us. LinkedIn restricts accounts that use those tools, so we do not use them.

LinkedIn's user agreement says not to share your login, and we log in as your executive. No method carries zero risk. We reduce it with a dedicated secure device or browser profile, a consistent location, and two-factor authentication kept with you. The authorization is written into the agreement, and we suggest your lawyer reads it.

  • A dedicated secure device or browser profile for each client
  • A consistent login location
  • Two-factor authentication held by you or in a shared vault you approve
  • Written authorization in the agreement
  • A written security protocol you can send to counsel

What we need from you

It works when you can give us these four things.

  • 60 minutes from each executive at the start
  • About 15 minutes a week to approve drafts
  • A list of the buyers, partners, and peers you want to be known by
  • Account access set up under our written security protocol

Questions about the process

What if an executive does not like a draft?

They change it or reject it, and we rewrite. If an executive doesn't feel the posts sound like them after the first 30 days, they can cancel and pay nothing for that month.

Do we approve comments too?

You don't have to, but you can. Some executives approve every post and every comment, and others trust us on comments within agreed topics. You can change the level at any time, and every comment is in the live log either way.

What if we are a regulated firm?

Law, accounting, wealth management, and insurance firms work under a stricter rule. Nothing publishes without a named approver, silence never counts as approval, and items held for compliance review never count as a miss.

Who owns the drafts if we cancel?

You do. The drafts and anything published under the executive's name belong to the client.
