Groundwork Book a strategy call

We do the daily work and show you every action

You get a profile that says what each leader does, posts in their voice, and a live log of everything we do

What each leader gets

One executive, one month, in numbers

  • 12posts in the executive's voice, sent to them for approval
  • About 200comments on posts by buyers and peers (about 10 every business day)
  • 160new, targeted connection requests to people you picked
  • 24hours to flag a genuine inquiry in the inbox and send it to you
  • Every actionrecorded in a live log

Add-ons

Add or drop any of them without changing the core program.

  • CEO newsletter on LinkedIn

A regular newsletter in the CEO's voice, for readers who want more than the feed.

  • Event sprint

Work around a conference, so the people you meet there already know you and still remember you later.

  • Quarterly competitor report

How your competitors' leaders show up on LinkedIn compared with yours.

What we need from you

  1. 60 minutes

    One-time interview

We ask each executive about their clients, their work and their view of the market, and we note how they say it. Every post starts from their own words.

  2. 10 minutes

    Weekly draft review

Each draft goes to the executive first. If we hear nothing in 48 hours, it goes out as written, except for regulated firms, where silence never counts as approval.

What we do for you

  1. Prep work

    Their executive profile rebuilt

We rewrite the headline, the About section, and the featured items, so someone who looks your leader up finds a point of view instead of a job title.

  2. Daily work

    Every action logged

Every business day, we comment, send connection requests and triage the inbox. Comments and messages don't need approval, unless specifically requested.

How the first 90 days go

The first 90 days

  1. Week 1

    Voice interview and profile rebuild

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    First posts and daily commenting

  3. Month 2

    The full rhythm

  4. Month 3

Review against the record, then a decision

The voice interview and the profile rebuild take week one. Posts and daily commenting begin in weeks two to four, and by month two the full rhythm is running. Month three is when we read the log together and you decide whether to add executives, stay as you are, or stop.

Where our job ends

What we do

  • Run the daily work in your leaders' voices
  • Answer the inbox and pass on real opportunities
  • Log every action and report it monthly
  • Hand your content back if you cancel

What we will not do

  • Promise leads, meetings, or follower counts
  • Send comments or messages with software
  • Use artificial engagement or buy followers
  • Speak for an executive on price, scope, or contracts

Questions about the process

What if an executive does not like a draft?

They change it or reject it, and we rewrite. If an executive doesn't feel the posts sound like them after the first 30 days, they can cancel and pay nothing for that month.

Do we approve comments too?

You don't have to, but you can. Some executives approve every post and every comment, and others trust us on comments within agreed topics. You can change the level at any time, and every comment is in the live log either way.

What if we are a regulated firm?

Law, accounting, wealth management, and insurance firms work under a stricter rule. Nothing publishes without a named approver, silence never counts as approval, and items held for compliance review never count as a miss.

Who owns the drafts if we cancel?

You do. The drafts and anything published under the executive's name belong to the client.
